Shampoo Apply to wet hair and massage into the scalp. The first cleanse may create less foam, which is completely normal. Add water as needed, rinse and repeat for a richer second cleanse. Treatment After shampooing, apply to towel dried lengths and ends, avoiding the scalp. Leave on for 5 to 7 minutes or longer for a more intensive treatment, then rinse thoroughly. Conditioner Apply a small amount to the lengths and ends, avoiding the scalp. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
