Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Deliveries are handled by the GLS courier service. Shipping rates and the free-shipping threshold depend on the destination country:

For islands and smaller locations, a special delivery schedule applies and is available on the GLS courier service website.
Cash on delivery is also available, meaning you pay when the parcel is handed over. The cash-on-delivery fee is €1.00 and is charged on top of the order total.
Delivery takes place on business days only: for purchases made on Friday, delivery starts from Monday.
Customs fees are not included in the price and are calculated according to the laws of each country.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders may vary.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through our shipping partner’s website.
