The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
Refund Processing
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, using your original payment method within 14 days of the day you informed us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for your replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed cosmetic products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
