Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@leslab.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for your replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. This includes products that have been used or where the seal has been broken. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
