MANTLE is a Swedish skincare brand where Scandinavian minimalism meets skincare innovation.

Founded by Josefin Landgård, a former elite alpine skier and tech entrepreneur, the brand was shaped by first-hand experience of harsh Scandinavian winters and a belief that skincare should be both intelligent and effective. Every formula is developed in MANTLE’s Northern Swedish laboratory and tested with demanding Scandinavian conditions in mind.

MANTLE brings together nature, science and a distinctly Scandinavian sense of restraint. At the centre of its approach is the skin’s acid mantle — the outermost part of the skin barrier and a foundation of long-term skin health. Rather than pursuing perfection, MANTLE develops high-performing formulas designed to strengthen, support and respect the skin’s natural resilience.

MANTLE's proprietary formulas are developed in its Swedish laboratory, combining innovative biomimetic ingredients with nourishing botanicals and modern chemistry. The formulas are clinically tested, cruelty-free and made without silicones or parabens. MANTLE does not use synthetic perfume; where scent is present, it comes from botanical ingredients and essential oils.

MANTLE develops and tests its formulas in its own laboratory in Northern Sweden, where the demanding Scandinavian climate helps shape their development. The brand brings together nature and modern chemistry, with a particular focus on strengthening and supporting the skin barrier and its natural acid mantle. Finished products are manufactured in Europe.
